Rights & Responsibilities
In Social Studies, we discussed how rights and responsibilities go hand in hand.
For example, if you have the right to be respected, then you have the responsibility to show respect to others.

Multiple Intelligences
In English Language Arts, we are learning about Multiple Intelligences.
First, we completed a survey to see where our strengths lie.
Next, we created a graph to show our smarts.
Then, we discussed how each student is smart in different ways and how we each have a different balance of smarts.
We are definitely ALL SMART in this class!

On Wednesday, students should be prepared to tell the class about their name!
Remember students: it could be how you got your name, what your name means, or who you are named for. You could talk about your first name, your middle name or your last name.

First Day of School!
6F2 had a GREAT first day of school, getting to know Mme McKenzie, getting to know each other, getting to know their way around the school and getting to know their lockers!
For homework this weekend, students should rest up for five full days of learning next week!
